1. Who is responsible
The controller for data collected through this site is Moesano Web, Soazza (GR), Switzerland. For any question about your data write to Info@moesanoweb.ch or call +41 79 784 78 94.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you give us by filling in one of the two forms on this site. There is no other collection.
- Contact form: first name, surname (optional), email address and the text of your message.
- Quote configurator: company name, sector, business description, tagline, business email and phone, address, your name, your email and phone, colour preferences and any notes you add.
- Newsletter: your email address, only if you explicitly tick the dedicated box.
3. Why we process it
Contact and quote data are used solely to reply to you and prepare your offer: the legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries (point f). The address used for the newsletter is processed only on the basis of your explicit consent (point a), which you may withdraw at any time.
4. Where the data goes
Requests are stored in a database on the server hosting this site and forwarded to us by email at Info@moesanoweb.ch. We do not sell, rent or pass your data to third parties for marketing. Access is limited to the people at Moesano Web handling your request and, for technical reasons, to our hosting provider acting as processor.
5. Email address check
When you submit a request we check that your email domain actually exists, through an ordinary public DNS lookup. It is a technical typo check: it does not send your data to external services and no result is retained.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site uses no profiling cookies, installs no analytics tools and hosts no social network pixels or scripts. Typefaces are served from our own servers, so visiting generates no requests to Google or other external providers.
7. How long we keep it
We keep contact and quote requests for as long as needed to follow them up and, where a contract follows, for the period required by Swiss accounting law (ten years). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
8. Your rights
At any time you may ask us for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and you may object to processing. An email to Info@moesanoweb.ch is enough: we reply within 30 days. You can also unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in every message.
If you believe the processing breaches the rules you may contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or your national supervisory authority if you live in the European Union.
9. Security
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. Access to the request archive is protected by authentication and restricted to Moesano Web staff.
10. Changes
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in our services or in the law. The date at the top of the page always shows the latest revision.
