Roveredo is the capital of the Moesa Region and its economic centre: around three thousand inhabitants, still growing, and the seat of the Region itself. It has more businesses per square kilometre than anywhere else in the Moesano — and so it is also the only place where someone searching for a service finds more than one name.
On 7 November 2016 the face of the village changed: the motorway, which until that day cut it in two, went into a tunnel. Roveredo got its street and its quiet back, and lost the free advertising of thousands of vehicles passing the window every day. Anyone with a shop here felt it.
The service sector carries much of the local economy and keeps people working in the village who would otherwise commute down to Bellinzona.

Where there is competition, the clearest explanation wins
In Roveredo, for the first time going up the valley, the person searching has a choice. They open the map, see three names, look at the photographs, read two reviews and call one. The third on that list never gets the call — and the difference between first and third is usually not the quality of the work: it is that one has real photographs and correct opening hours and the other does not.
Since the motorway went underneath, passing traffic no longer does the job it used to. What used to arrive from the street now arrives from a search: same customer, different meeting place.
03 — In practice, here
The Google profile comes before the website
In Roveredo half the choices are made inside the map. A complete profile, recent photographs, true hours — and the website closing the loop.
Stand apart from Bellinzona, don’t imitate it
People choose you for convenience and trust. The site should say who you are, not look like a chain.
If you serve the whole valley, say so
Many Roveredo businesses cover the entire Moesano. If the site does not say it, customers in Cama or Mesocco will not guess.
